There is a popular cycling path on the riverbank. Nagareyama Station is just three minutes' walk away, but it may be more convenient to use Heiwadai Station, as there are other places to visit around the station such as supermarkets, restaurants, Chōryū-ji Temple, and the Issa-Sōju Memorial Hall.
