Heiwadai Station is close to the Edogawa River, making it convenient for going to see cole flowers in the spring and Nagareyama's fireworks in the summer.
The station is on the ground level, with a single track and platform. The platform and ticket gate are on the west side of the track. There was once a store in the space near the entrance that is now occupied by automatic vending machines.
